We do not allow deletion of users, as this would remove important historical context (like who created an audit or applied an AI optimization).
πΉ How to Disable a User
Instead, you can disable a user - this immediately removes their access to your agency account.
The disabled user will still be able to log in, but will only see a message stating their access has been revoked.
You'll still see the user listed on the Users page, marked with Disabled status.
Disabled users do not count toward your agency's available team seats.
πΉ How to Re-Enable a User
Click Edit, then assign a new role (e.g. Media Buyer or Manager). This restores their access to your agency workspace.
