How do I delete or disable a user?

We do not allow deletion of users, as this would remove important historical context (like who created an audit or applied an AI optimization).

Instead, you can disable a user - this immediately removes their access to your agency account.

  • The disabled user will still be able to log in, but will only see a message stating their access has been revoked.

  • You'll still see the user listed on the Users page, marked with Disabled status.

  • Disabled users do not count toward your agency's available team seats.

Click Edit, then assign a new role (e.g. Media Buyer or Manager). This restores their access to your agency workspace.
