If your client accounts aren't appearing on your DoAutomate Integrations page, there are a few common reasons - and they're easy to fix.
๐น 1. You Havenโt Added Our Service Account to Your MCC
DoAutomate needs access to your Google Ads MCC account to fetch your clients.
Make sure you've added our service account email to your account with at least Standard access.

Once done, click the Test Connection button in DoAutomate to confirm the connection is set up correctly.
๐น 2. You Haven't Imported Your Client Accounts
After confirming the connection, you still need to import your client accounts into DoAutomate.
Click the Import Client Accounts button - this allows us to sync and display your accounts in the dashboard.
๐น 3. Still Not Seeing Them?
If both steps above were successful and your clients still aren't showing:
Confirm the client accounts are enabled in your MCC (we will not import disabled or cancelled client accounts)
Refresh the Integrations page
Log out of DoAutomate, and log in again
