πΉ Monthly Audit Runs Renew After Payment Is Processed
Audit runs are only added after your subscription renewal charge is successfully processed.
If your payment failed or hasn't cleared yet, your monthly audit runs will not be applied until that payment goes through.

Check your payment status under: Settings > Subscriptions > Manage Your Subscription
If your payment is still pending or failed, try updating your billing info.
