My audit is still Processing or Failed - what happened?

If your audit appears stuck in "Processing" or "Failed" unexpectedly, here's what likely happened - and what you can do next.

โš ๏ธ API Issues

Occasionally, the connection between DoAutomate and the ad platform (like Google Ads) may time out or return errors during processing.

๐Ÿ”’ Permission Issues

Your audit may fail if DoAutomate loses access to the ad account - for example, if access was revoked, permissions changed, or the token expired.

๐ŸŒ Ad Platform Downtime

Sometimes, audits can fail due to temporary outages or instability on the ad platformโ€™s side (e.g. Google Ads API downtime).


๐Ÿ”น Good News: No Audit Runs Were Deducted

If your audit failed or never completed due to one of these issues, no audit runs have been deducted from your account.
