Once an audit is scheduled, it typically runs within minutes. You'll receive an email notification as soon as it's completed.

Your audit will include an overview of the campaign you selected, with performance data for the last 30 days.

You'll see a quick snapshot of ad spend, impressions, clicks, and conversions - helping you make fast, informed decisions on whether to apply or dismiss AI recommendations.

πŸ”Ή Reviewing AI Optimizations

Below the overview, you'll find a table containing all AI-generated optimizations.

The default view shows only Pending items - these are actionable recommendations that need your approval or dismissal.

You can filter the table by:

  • All Optimizations - everything in one view

  • Pending - actionable suggestions waiting for your decision

  • Insight - non-actionable items showing what’s working (e.g. "Keep this keyword")

  • Scheduled - optimizations you've approved, queued for processing

  • Applied - changes that have already been processed

  • Dismissed - suggestions you or your team declined (you know your client best!)

  • Failed - approved items that failed to process due to API issues or permissions. No worries - you can still apply these manually in the client's ad account.

πŸ”Ή What You'll See in the Table

Each AI optimization includes:

  • Ad platform (e.g. Google Ads)

  • Optimization type (Keyword or Search Term)

  • Date generated

  • Feedback icons - πŸ‘ or πŸ‘Ž to help us improve the AI

  • Location - breadcrumb navigation like Campaign > Ad Group > Keyword

  • AI recommendation - including the rationale (why pause or keep)

  • Performance data for the last 30 days:

    • Ad spend

    • Impressions

    • Clicks

    • CTR

    • Avg. CPC

    • Conversions

  • Action buttons:

    • Apply - to process the change

    • Dismiss - if the recommendation isn't relevant

πŸ”Ή How Do I Apply Changes?

Once you click Apply, the optimization is scheduled and will typically process immediately or within a few minutes.

After the change has been successfully made in your client's account, the optimization's status will update to Applied and move to the Applied tab. You'll also be able to see which user approved the change and when it was applied.

πŸ” Want to double-check?

Go to your client's Google Ads account and navigate to:
Campaigns > Change history - here you can verify that the change has been applied directly by the AI.
